1- I went to wix and signed uo with my email address then started answering question about the website that I was trying to make.

                        2- Then I chose a template and customized the main title, which will then be changed to:

WELCOME TO MOUAD KHIRI'S ARCHITECTURE PORTFOLIO





3- The software generated a description of my website, then I changed the background





4- Then again I changed the background to something less abstract yet more related to my field whilst also matching the theme. I found the background in unsplash that I thought would match 





5- after that, I changed the font and merged the backgrounds together. I think this background is a good choice because it draws the eyes to the center whilst also matching the dark theme of the website. 






7- I wrote an about me paragraph as an introduction to my work.

                but then I changed the background and added a picture of myself.

then I added a contact page for people to send me any concerns or remarks they have.

    Please complete building your website before Thursday this week. When building your website, Please makes sure to take screenshots and document each step of the process with notes on what you did / why you chose each step

    Good start, you have shown each step to gIve the reader an understanding of what you did and what you are trying to achieve.
    Your template looks very stylish and professional, but is for product design rather that architecture. You need to make a website that is relative to chosen subject, here you could try to find stylish arcitectural images, from unsplashed to help the audiece understand your interest

Since my project is derived from industrialism, we need to first ask what is industrial architecture? According to Hohendal, Kristin (2022), The design and construction of structures to support the requirements of the industrial sector is recognized as industrial architecture. Site plan analysis

                   2D picture of the site I chose this plan because it is close to the river yet far enough in case of floods. It is a 20m/20m square, which makes it 400 m². However, the Riad as a building will only be 255m².  This area is a village called Imlil. Which was severely damaged by the last earthquake in September 2023. According to Khatla (2023). Nearly 6000 houses were destroyed whilst 20000 were partly demolished. Research post N*4: The houses of parliament and Moorish architecture

This structure is what I find to be the most gorgeous one in the United Kingdom, alongside the best in the world, it is a prime pillar of Gothic Architecture. A fire broke out at London's historic Palace of Westminster in 1834. resulting in burning it down to ashes. The fire provided Britain with an opportunity to replace what was seen to be an antiquated, outdated, disorganized collection of government buildings as well as to construct a Gothic Revival monument that would symbolically represent the UK's global leadership and the origins of modern democracy. (Fiederer, 2016) The Palace of Westminster Picture by Alex brown. With the help of A.W.N. Pugin, Sir Charles Barry created the current Gothic Revival structures.
