demographics: Leicester

Leicester's population grew by 11.7% between the most recent two censuses (conducted in 2011 and 2021), going from around 329,800 in 2011 to roughly 368,600 in 2021.

Since we can notice that there is a growth in the population especially in the youth from 5 to 9 years old, from 10 to 15, and from 15 to 19, this whole generation needs a productive environment to share knowledge and contribute to the city's development through education. I think a library like this will serve just that purpose, especially for those who would like to pursue careers in fields such as engineering and technology.
